I have a couple of questions about farming. If a coin is used to purchase farmland, what is the general size/yield would be possible to grow on it? I understand that may also be affected by the size of the house built on it.

Additionally, is there potential to 'genetically modify' seeds with magic? For example, I understand tobacco isn't grown locally due to the climate and conditions, but would it be possible to use a coin to purchase normal seed, infuse it with magic (via plotting post if needed) to become viable, and then cultivate them normally (including the ability to propagate it)? Likewise for animals like bees, that might be altered for durability or to add a quality to the honey, etc. Thanks!
